Our Services:

Our Shooting Range Technicians are highly skilled professionals responsible for maintaining all types of target systems; electric, electromechanical, pneumatic, overhead retrieval systems, bullet traps, ballistic containment, and ventilation systems. This role encompasses periodic inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and assistance in range construction and modifications. Our technicians possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical systems, training range use cases, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a support team, onsite and through remote support, as needed:

• Inspections and Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of ranges as a holistic system to identify items needing to be repaired, upkeep, upgrade, or replacement. Perform preventative tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, calibration, disassembling / reassembling of equipment, software / firmware upgrades, and associated components to prevent failures.
• Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues with range equipment. This encompasses troubleshooting defective equipment at the sub-assembly and system levels, performing root-cause analysis for electrical failures, and even full debugging of integrated robotic systems—any range, any size!
• Installation: Assist with the installation of new range equipment and systems including commissioning / testing, operation, and troubleshooting of integrated mechanical and electrical setups. Assemble and wire electromechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings in a neat and orderly manner.
• Operational Support & Training: Provide technical support to range staff and customers, including training military personnel in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Field Service and Engineering Support: Including functions to support In-Service Engineering Activity (ISEA) and Standard Maintenance and Repair. Provide technical guidance to meet operational requirements, such as berm rebuilding, lead mitigation, and HVAC overhauls.
