United States Airforce – Davis-Monthan AFB

While structurally sound, the MOUT facility at Davis-Monthan AFB was showing the wear that is standard with a Conex type facility over the years. No longer did it present an immersive environment for training.  Patriot Products created a structural facade, custom for each building, to represent the intended atmosphere to extend the use of the facility for many years to come.

United States Marine Corps – Camp Lejeune

A range with a inoperable manual moving system was leaving the Marines without the ability to train.  Patriot Products worked with a portion of their current system and created a custom solution to achieve mission requirements within budget constraints.  Our full engineering, design, manufacturing, installation and support is unmatched.

National Aeronautics and Space Administration – Kennedy Space Center

Patriot Products Granulated Rubber Bullet Trap safely captures all handgun and rifle rounds, with velocities over 800 feet/sec (FPS) (183 meters) up to 3600 feet/sec, and up to 3,600 foot-pounds (4881 joules) of impact energy, including 5.56mm/.223cal and .308cal/ 7.62mm rifle ammunition, and jacketed, semi-jacketed, non-jacketed, armor piercing, frangible, shot and slug projectiles.

The Granulated Rubber Media Bullet Trap safely captures incoming rounds fired at any angle without risk of splatter or splash-back, including oblique angles and close range.

United States Army – Fort Benning

When the 75^th Ranger regiment sought to improve/increase SubT training capabilities, 3^rd BN (Ft Benning, GA) selected Patriot Products to design, manufacture, and install a new facility with portions  that emulate a rural cave system (Karaz cave) and an urban tunnel system – including immersive environments with highly realistic interior finishes that accurately emulate particular local/regional geology and can withstand hard-core range training.

We delivered a total 220ft long system of  interconnected cave and tunnel modules, that emulated the underground environment with no excavation required.  

United States Airforce – Eglin AFB

Fire Training Systems – Indiana

Effective firefighting instruction needs mobile and structural training solutions. We are proud to work with the Indiana Fire fighters to help keep our fellow Hoosiers safe, and our first responders at their peak performance.

United States Secret Service – Non-permanent structure, container range bullet trap. 

The location specifications for this range had a unique challenge of being a non-permanent structure while filling the demanding live fire training needs of the Secret Service.  Pictured below is the second location for this range type, as the first one was such a success that the Secret Service contracted a second one.

United States Army – US Army System of Record

In the fall of 2010 PEO STRI selected the PBT-3048 for fielding to Army installations around the world under the UOTS Program (ref prime contract W900KK09D0001) making it the US Army system of record for Live Fire Shoot House Portable Bullet Traps.   We delivered over 1000 PBT-3048s to various Army and National Guard Shoot Houses around the globe under the UOTS program, all orders were satisfied on time and within budget.  The PBT-3048 is a COTs product, preferred for use in Military Shoot Houses and other ‘heavy use’ applications, and a popular product for us through the present day.
